Policy

Our studio cancellation policy is designed to ensure and respect for both our clients and our team. We kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain a smooth schedule. Thank you for your understanding!

A class must have at least 2 persons registered 12 hours in advance or class will be canceled.

If you are participating in the studio please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time. And if you are joining us over Zoom please make sure you have received the link and click to open the Zoom room at least 5 minutes before class time.  Remember to mute your device during class.
