Service Description
Feel the strength of your muscles supporting you in the midst of your yoga practice. A band or weights can enhance this effect. Your breath will always be your guide. As you step off your mat you may notice a sense of lightness that will carry you through the day.


Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Clients must change or cancel private sessions or classes at least 12 hours in advance. If you need to cancel within the 12-hour window of the session due to illness you must verbally contact Sandi within 2 hours of class or session. Otherwise, you will forfeit the session. Please book all private sessions directly with Sandi. Please book all classes before the booking window closes 6 hours prior to class start time. Thank you!
