At Wellness With Sandi, your journey begins with a comprehensive functional nutrition evaluation aimed at understanding your unique health landscape. We evaluate your current wellness through a detailed assessment of your eating habits, family history, and lab results to identify any deficiencies. Together, we will create a tailored wellness plan that embraces our holistic approach to empower you to achieve optimal health.
Cancellation Policy
Must change or cancel sessions 12 hours in advance. Book classes at least 6 hours prior to start time. Private sessions should be booked directly with Sandi. Thank you!
