Welcome to Wellness with Sandi.  I am the owner and am committed to guiding individuals along their unique wellness paths. My approach is personalized, adaptable, and realistic, designed to help you reach your health and well-being goals. If a balanced and holistic perspective resonates with you, I offer the tools and support you need.

My expertise allows me to help you navigate through every phase of life.  I offer support to women as they transition into peri- and post-menopause. By combining mindful movement, yoga and customized nutrition strategies we together can address your specific needs.

The classes and programs I offer focus on life transitions, aging and bone health as well as dietary guidance. Each session weaves together strength-building exercises, breathwork, core stability, and mobility practices. These essential elements foster hormonal equilibrium, increase vitality, and cultivate resilience.
