Service Description
Yoga for Strength is a blend of fitness, yoga and Pilates that utilizes props such as resistance bands, weights and balls. You will experience myofascial release techniques to help improve function and release tight and restricted areas. The class will incorporate Pilates core exercises, balance training and yoga poses to build your strength and confidence to do functional tasks.
